Quick fixes first

• Videos still play? Open InstaBlock once so the filter starts, then force-quit Instagram/TikTok and reopen. Already-cached clips may play once; new ones won't.
• "Permission denied" on first launch? iOS asked to add a VPN configuration and "Don't Allow" was tapped. Delete InstaBlock, reinstall, and tap Allow.
• No VPN badge in the status bar? Blocking isn't running. Open InstaBlock — it re-enables the filter every time it's opened.
• Want it gone? Delete the app. Settings → VPN will drop the InstaBlock profile with it.
